Bülent began his musical journey at the age of seven, initially learning to play the mandolin and guitar in primary school, where he also joined the school choir. In high school, he took up the drums and played with the school band until graduation.

At 19, Bülent started performing with local bands, quickly immersing himself in the vibrant gig scene. He collaborated with groups such as Dilenci, Jack Daniels, Balkan Trio, Pandora, and Circus at popular clubs in Istanbul.

He also played inthe house bands for various TV shows, including the Cem Özer Show, Meltem Cumbul Show, "İner misin, Çıkar mısın" and the Cenk Koray Show.

Throughout his career, Bülent has toured and performed with well-known Turkish artists and bands, including Grup Vitamin, Sibel Alas, Asya, Hazal, and Funda Arar.

In 1996, he joined the rock band Acil Servis, performing live in clubs and touring as a member until 1999. That same year, he became part of Ayna, one of Turkey's most popular bands. Over the next two decades, he recorded more than 10 albums, released numerous singles, and performed approximately 2,000 concerts worldwide. He departed from Ayna at the end of 2023.

In addition to his busy performance schedule, Bülent is a highly regarded drum instructor. He founded and owns the renowned Drum Club, established in 1997, along with the Drum Club Shop for drumming enthusiasts. Over the years, he has taught thousands of students.

Since 2009, he has served as the Head of A&R and Product Manager at Istanbul Mehmet Cymbals, where he has designed many successful cymbal models.

Since he based in Liverpool, he is working on some new projects, performing at gigs, and continuing his private teaching.
